Counseling:  A check for $35 will be made out to Life Innovations, Inc. and given to the Pastor at the first session.

Other services requested would result in additional fees. For example, if the organist is asked to accompany a soloist, $25 is asked for the extra time required.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required in order to hold the date and time for the wedding.

The $350 security will be returned to the couple if the wedding begins reasonably on time and the church is left reasonably clean. Other services requested would result in additional fees.

It is requested that honorariums and deposits 

be made in cash to the church office 

at least one week prior to the ceremony.
